Isaac Meek is a native Nashvillian, 5th generation pastor’s kid, former finance CFO, youth pastor, and worship leader. Isaac is now the head pastry chef and owner of Five Daughters Bakery with his wife Stephanie and their 5 beautiful daughters.
Son to pastors and traveling missionaries, Isaac spent close to 4 years of his childhood in Zimbabwe. After attending MTSU for accounting, Isaac decided to take God up on an offer he couldn’t pass up. He was offered a gig to play guitar with a traveling artist hearing the Lord say, “You don’t have to take this job, but if you do you’ll meet your wife.” God was indeed right! Isaac met his wife in New York City and they were engaged in 4 months. The two became pregnant months after they were married, thus beginning their journey as parents. Isaac worked as a finance manager and part time youth pastor for the next decade while they had babies in between. Life was blowing by and the stress of husbanding, parenting, moving up in his career, and even being hurt by the church put a strain on his life. Determined to get healing, make a change, and spend more time with his family, Isaac prayed and asked God what to do. The Lord released him to “bake and play music.”
Out of those instructions Isaac and his wife decided to start a bakery and take on the challenge of a croissant doughnut. Almost overnight the Lord opened door after door leading Five Daughters Bakery to their status of “Best Bakery” in Nashville, expanding to four locations in just two years.
Isaac is passionate about people and launching anyone and everyone to follow dreams and open doors. He aims to lead a company that is relational and kingdom minded. He is a healed up perfectionist who is intentional about creating an empire from a state of rest and sonship.
Isaac loves being a husband and a daddy above all, and hopes to build a legacy for God’s renown that will carry on generations after him.
