Ben Midgette, EWP Sales Manager for LP Building Products,  has 28-years experience in the Engineered Wood Products (EWP) industry.  In his current position, Ben is responsible for LP’s EWP sales for North America.  During his time with LP, he has held a variety of positions, including General Manager in the United Kingdom and District Sales Manager in the Pacific Northwest.  He has also held marketing, manufacturing and technical roles.  Ben has a B.S. in Wood Science from the University of Illinois, and he has completed the Mahler Leadership Program.

Ben, his wife Charlotte and their three children have been attending Rolling Hills Community Church since 2005.  Ben has served as a youth leader on the Finance Team and is currently Chairman of the Board at RHCC.
