Jason began his career in Nashville as an entertainment caterer for movies and other productions. He was asked to join the culinary staff at the historic Merchant’s Restaurant as a line cook. Over the years he was promoted to Sous Chef and continued up the ranks until he became Corporate Chef. At that point, he left to assist Green Hills Grille in their expansion of three new restaurants.

It was at this point in his career, which involved high amounts of travel, that he decided to take his profession in a direction that would allow him to be home each evening with his beautiful wife and now, two daughters. Thus, Flavor Caters was born.

In the few short years he has been in business, Flavor has created meals with flair for clients including The Schermerhorn Symphony Center, AEG Live, The Ryman Auditorium, Ascend Amphitheater, Live Nation, CMA, Ingram Ingram Content Group, Vanderbilt Medical Center, HealthSpring, HCA and Universal Music Group just to mention a few.
