Jason joined the Foundry Commercial team as the Nashville market leader in 2014 after spending the first 10 years of his career at Crescent Communities, LLC specifically in ground up leasing and development. To date Jason has completed over 2 million square feet of lease transactions totaling over $300 M in the greater Nashville area and has also been instrumental in several office and industrial development projects and investment sales. In 2010 Jason was named Nashville office broker of the year and won the NAIOP office lease of the year for his work in relocating Jackson National Life to the Nashville region. Jason is responsible for the day to day operation and growth of Foundry’s brokerage and development platforms.
