Legacy – the lasting result of one’s life experiences passed on to future generations. Leaving a lasting legacy has been and continues to be a core principle in Jimmy Gentry’s life. 

World War II veteran, Jimmy Gentry, has endured the hardships of battle and beheld the unbelievable repercussions of war and hatred. As one of the first American liberation soldiers to reach Dachau death camp in Germany, Jimmy was astonished at the level of cruelty that went on during the Holocaust. 

Now, Jimmy shares his life experiences with people nationwide. When he is not speaking at schools, business conferences or other organizations he works as an artist and football coach. Jimmy also runs a day camp for kids ages 8-13 where they learn to fish, play outdoor games, compete and work as teams. 

Jimmy Gentry is an American hero who has dedicated his life to helping others in a profoundly meaningful way.
