Kris Dolberry is a pastor, Bible teacher, writer, and trainer of leaders. Having served in pastoral leadership for 18 years, Kris now leads Ministry to Men at LifeWay Christian Resources. He also serves as Executive Editor of Stand Firm: A Devotional for Men

Kris has a B.S. in Marketing from Auburn University and a M.Div. from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

As a writer, Kris has contributed to projects such as The Love Dare Bible Study, A Beautiful Design, The Gospel Goes to Work, The Sending Church, The Secret to the Marriage You Want, The Family God Usesand more. He has worked with authors such as Beth Moore, Matt Chandler, Drs. Les and Leslie Parrott, Dr. Tony Evans, Stephen and Alex Kendrick, Coach Joe Gibbs, and others. His articles have been featured in Home Life Magazine , Facts And Trends, Deacon Magazine, and Church Planter Magazine.

In his 17 years of ministry, Kris has served as teaching pastor, executive pastor, campus pastor, and student pastor in churches of varying sizes, stages, and styles. As a consultant, this experience gives him tremendous insight in helping churches get from where they are to where they want to be. He is experienced at helping churches develop systems for intentional disciple making and strategic mission.

Kris enjoys exercise, landscaping, traveling, and Auburn Tigers football. He is married to Vanessa, his high-school sweetheart. They have three children, Konnor, Emma, and Brady. They live outside Nashville, Tennessee.
