Personal

With the late Anita Conchin Anderson, they have five (5) children:   Ryan, Travis, Laura, Wes and Russ and nine (9) grandchildren – Olivia, McCabe, Molly, Cole, Twins-Audrey & Evangaline; Scott, Raleigh and Iris.

Graduate of UT-Knoxville- B.S. in Business and Education.  He is a Veteran of the United States Air Force, having served in Africa and Vietnam.  After being elected as County Mayor in August, 2002, Rogers retired after 25 years in private insurance sector.
