I have been an educator for my entire career, and I currently serve as a middle school principal in Thompson Station, TN.  As we hear almost weekly reports about the rise in anxiety and depression in the U.S., especially in children age 10-18, we all want to know as dads, granddads, uncles, and leaders how we can be part of the solution.
